A Guided Tour of Every Screen

Before you decide if this tool is right for you, walk through exactly what you’ll see and do on every page. This is the demo — real app content with sample data.

1

🏠 The Home Screen

A calm, elegant lobby with your logo and quick-access buttons. On a PC, the top navigation bar stays visible. On a phone, a slide-out drawer does the same. Simple, predictable, and out of your way.

2

📈 Dashboard — Your Month at a Glance

The page you’ll live in. Every category gets a progress bar that fills with color as you spend — green (under budget), yellow (watch it), red (over). A thin pace line shows whether you’re trending ahead or behind for the month, so you can adjust before the overspend happens.

3

💼 Income — All Your Money In

Add every source of income: salaries, Social Security, pensions, IRA withdrawals, freelance, dividends. Monthly totals and an auto-calculated annual projection.

4

🛒 Expenses — Smart CSV Import

Two ways to log spending: manual (with a vendor autocomplete that remembers past entries) or CSV import (upload any bank or credit-card statement — the app auto-detects columns and applies your Vendor Rules).

Smart category memory: every time you pick a category for an unfamiliar vendor, the app remembers it. The more you import, the smarter it gets.

5

🔁 Auto Debits — The Stuff That Just Happens

Mortgage, insurance, streaming, cell phone — bills that don’t need line-by-line tracking. Split into Credit Card direct debits (Netflix, Hulu) and Bank direct debits (mortgage, utilities). Totals flow into the Dashboard and Big Picture so nothing gets missed.

6

📄 Reports — Share or Archive

Three reports at one click: Monthly Summary, Year-to-Date, and CC Forecast. Print each as a PDF or email to any address — the email version uses bulletproof HTML so the color progress bars display correctly in Gmail and Outlook.

7

🧾 Income Taxes — Planning Reserve

Estimate how much to set aside each month for taxes. Planning math only — a prominent disclaimer reminds you this isn’t a tax return. The output feeds your Tax Reserve so April 15 never sneaks up on you.

8

🔭 The Big Picture — Cascading Cashflow

The custom math that shows exactly what happens to every dollar: Income → Expenses → Reserves → Auto Debits → Remaining in Checking. The page that tells you whether you can afford that weekend trip or whether to sit this month out.

9

⚙️ Setup — The Foundation

Configure once, rarely touch again. Five small tabs: CC Categories, Vendor Rules, Links (bookmarks to your bank portals), Reserves, and Backups (one-click export + auto-save).

10

📚 Help — Always One Click Away

Every page has a small “?” button that opens a mini-manual for just that screen. The full User Manual is available from the top navigation anytime — with screenshots, detailed steps, and print / export options.

That’s the whole thing.

Ten real screens, built to work together. Nothing hidden behind a paywall. Nothing missing from a “free trial” that costs extra later. Just a solid tool that does exactly what it says.
